Teen Book Club - Hidden

Our second book for 2019 will be Hidden by Helen Frost.

Hidden is a story told in poetic form from the alternating viewpoints of Wren Abbott and Darra Monson.

When Wren Abbott and Darra Monson are eight years old, Darra's father steals a minivan. He doesn't know that Wren is hiding in the back. The hours and days that follow change the lives of both girls. Darra is left with a question that only Wren can answer. Wren has questions, too.

Tween-tivities: Vlogging

Join us for a tween program on Vlogging!

You've probably seen youtube celebrities giving video blogs online... now it's your chance to try!

This will be the first episode of our new library vlog Library, Camera, Action! Participants will get a chance to pick their own topic to discuss on the show. They will also get to help write, film, and edit the final piece. The finished work of Library, Camera, Action! will be available on our library Youtube page following the event.
