Create your own characters, stories, and pictures to build a one-of-a-kind piece of literary art.
Teens are encouraged to share their stories at a special teen-led Story Time on May 25th.
*Unfinished Picture books can be completed at teen programs on May 15th and 22nd.*

Experiment and create in our March Homeschool Hour!
This program will give students a chance to think outside the box with their artwork. We will discuss art made from found or recycled items, and get a chance to create our own sculptures out of recycled materials! This program will be unique, exciting, and environmentally friendly. Let’s build something new!

Our Monthly Movie for May will be Spider-Man Homecoming! Unwind with a free flick for you and your friends. Snacks will be provided!
Spider-Man: Homecoming is rated PG-13, and has a runtime of 2 hours and 13 minutes. This program is intended for grades 6-12, and is expected to end around 5:45.
Play a variety of video games! Vote for your favorites, then team up and compete with other teens. Snacks will be provided!

In this series, join our staff member Logan as he explains the basics of photography. Week 1 (May 14) will cover camera and lens basics and post processing; Week 2 (May 21) will cover compositional theory and lighting and contrast. Please bring your own camera if you have one; all camera types are welcome.
New to Excel? Learn the difference between cells, rows and columns, as well as basic formulas and functions and formatting techniques. Some computer experience highly preferred.
Create your own wall art! For this craft, we will be using nail polish to make marbled designs on watercolor paper. All supplies provided.
Learn the very basics of Microsoft Word – text formatting, saving documents, adding pictures and WordArt, and so forth. Some computer experience highly preferred.
