Inside, outside, back yard fun, or camping, Neon Bowling is a quick and easy activity for an ourdoor holiday celebration or anytime family entertainment!
The pictures aren't the greatest quality, but the kids had a blast and were more than eager to help with set up.
How to Play:
Printable game instruction sheet here: Neon Night Bowling and Ring Toss Game Instructions.pdf
Just grab some recycled water bottles (we played a 6-pin game). Fill each bottle with a half an inch of tap water for stability.
Place a glow stick, necklace, or bracelet in the bottle and cap it tightly. We used pool noodles with glow sticks inside for bumpers. Bumpers are not necessary but do add excitement to the game and can help smaller children with ball control. You can find balls that light up, or you can use whatever you have on hand. You can make a light up ball by using whiffle balls or even a hamster ball (something with holes) in which glow sticks or bracelets can be inserted.
BONUS! The game can easily be converted into a Light-up Ring Toss game for additional fun. All you need to do is use glow bracelets or necklaces (attached in a loop), toss them and ring the most bottles to win!
