SUMMARY:Local Historical Fiction Author Visit: Jeffery Larsh
DESCRIPTION:Visit the Preble County Local History and Genealogy Room for a special afternoon with local historical fiction author Jeffery Larsh. \nLarsh\, a military veteran and retired law enforcement officer\, has written several historical novels inspired by his ancestor Paul Larsh\, a French-Canadian fur trader whose adventures spanned thousands of miles and multiple wars. Larsh will talk about his newest book and his research process. He will discuss the French and Indian War\, its connection to the American Revolution\, and the role his ancestors played. \nLarsh will also detail his latest project including sharing information about his ancestors who settled near Fort St. Clair right here in Preble County! This exciting program will blend history\, writing and genealogy and is part of our America 250 lecture series.
