Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is Here!Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is a book gifting program that mails free, high-quality books to children from birth until they begin school, no matter their family’s income. Thanks to a partnership with the United Way of the Greater Dayton Area and generous investments from Henny Penny, it is now available in Preble County. Children must be under the age of 5 years old and live in Preble County, Ohio.
