For Parents

1st Library Card:

If your child is five years old, in kindergarten or can print their first name, they can get a library card!

Here’s how:

The parent or legal guardian must fill out the library card form. Then, your child needs to print their first name.

A signature by a parent or legal guardian is required for children under the age of 18 when they are applying for a card. A parent’s or guardian’s ID may be used to establish a child’s current address. Adults are responsible for all materials borrowed on their child’s card. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the selection and return or materials borrowed by their minor children.
