Are you ready to decorate for spring? Need a new wreath? Come make one of your very own using our wreath forms, ribbons and artificial flowers. Registration is not required but would be helpful to ensure we have enough wreath forms.
Each week we will have a new display contest and a new quiz of the week. Each contest will start on Monday and run until Saturday of that week. Come in the following week to see if you have the answers correct. Everyone who gets the answer correct will receive a piece of candy. We will also draw weekly winners who will be able to pick a small prize from our prize shelf.
Each Monday during summer reading we will have a variety of crafts and craft supplies for you to use your imgaination to create your own story. These crafts will be out the whole day and you can drop in at your leisure to complete them.
Play a game of laser tag with other tweens! Practice strategy skills to battle it out with the competition.
Create your own mini diamond painting! This art skill uses small plastic gems to make pixel-style images. Choose a pattern, and place the provided gems to create a textured picture.
It’s the new best thing on Youtube! Record an episode for the library’s tween vlog- Library, Camera, Action! Come up with interesting topics to record, and share your creation with the community.
