Celebrate National Library Week and Find Your Joy with us at the West Alexandria Library by joining in the fun and showing your library spirit all week long!

Are you a Dragon Card Collector?
Participate in our daily Spirit Day challenges and receive a special “Li-Berry-An” card!

Spirit Day Schedule:

Monday – Right to Read Day
Celebrate your right to read by wearing your favorite red, white, and blue outfit.

Tuesday – Favorite Librarian Day
Show your spirit by wearing your favorite librarian’s color:
• Michelle – Purple
• Stephanee – Orange
• Bonnie – Green

Wednesday – Crazy Sock Day
It’s our Wacky Spirit Day! Wear your craziest socks and show them off.

Friday & Saturday – Reading Ready Day
As we wrap up the week, we’re ready to relax with a good book. Wear your favorite shirt that has something for us to read—a quote, words, or a fun message!

Patron Appreciation Wall
While you’re here, be sure to check out our Patron Appreciation Wall.
Each visitor will get to choose a small item from the wall as our way of saying thank you.

Come celebrate libraries, reading, and community with us. We can’t wait to see your spirit and help you Find Your Joy at the Library!
