Your Preble County District Library card provides access to so much – books, DVDs, audiobooks, digital offerings, and laptops, just to name a few – and during Library Card Sign-up Month in September, your card gets you access to these special offers from Preble County businesses.

Your library card gives you free access to library materials, programs, and online resources, but did you know it can also save you money? Preble County District Library has partnered with local businesses to help you save and encourage you to stay connected with your community! Each business offers a special promotion to library card holders. Just show your library card!

PCDL Plus is free for you to take part in! Visit a partner business and use your library card for a qualifying purchase or service.

  1. Both PCDL and the participating businesses will actively promote the program.
  2. PCDL and the participating business grant each other permission to use relevant logos.
  3. Businesses set the terms of promotions. Eligibility of transactions is at the discretion of participating businesses. Preble County District Library takes no responsibility for,  is not liable for, and does not in any form endorse, warrant, or guarantee the products or services offered by the partner business. Cardholders will use their own judgment when purchasing the products and the services of the partner business.

  5. All Library cardholder/member information is the property of Preble County District Library. It will remain confidential according to the Public Libraries Act and the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
  6. Library cards have no cash value.
  7. Library cardholders may only apply a discount once per eligible transaction. Eligibility of transactions is at the discretion of the participating business.
  8. Library cardholders must present a valid physical library card at the time of the transaction.
