Matt mixes his incredible juggling talents with his comical style to create quite a captivating performance! Matt will be visiting each of the PCDL branches. On your Mark, Get Set, Magic! Gordon Russ will be here to entertain you with his hilarious comedy, magic show! Children can bring in a small "PICK ME" sign to stand out when Gordon calls for volunteers. Gordon will visit each PCDL library to help us kick of Summer Reading 2016. We're having a Pizza Party and Game Night at the Library! Join us as we use our brains and deductive skills while we enjoy delicious pizza!
West Manchester Teens Grades 6-12, Have you ever wanted to get a temporary Henna Tattoo? Henna tattooing (Mehndi) involves making decorative designs on the skin and then staining the figures with henna that is made from the Egyptian evergreen plant, Lawsonia Inermis. Henna designs may remain on the skin up to a month or more depending upon the method used. Christina, Teen Librarian, will explain Henna to Teens and then supervise as Teens design and apply the temporary Henna tattoos. Teens will only be allowed to place Henna on their arms and hands. All supplies will be provided.
West Manchester Teens Grades 6-12, want to try the newly released Pokken Tournament game on the Wii U? We’re going to play tournament style and the best playing Teen is going to walk away with a Pikachu hat! Everyone wins a prize. Also, eat snacks!
