Temporary Henna Tattoos

West Manchester Teens Grades 6-12, Have you ever wanted to get a temporary Henna Tattoo? Henna tattooing (Mehndi) involves making decorative designs on the skin and then staining the figures with henna that is made from the Egyptian evergreen plant, Lawsonia Inermis. Henna designs may remain on the skin up to a month or more depending upon the method used.  Christina, Teen Librarian, will explain Henna to Teens and then supervise as Teens design and apply the temporary Henna tattoos.  Teens will only be allowed to place Henna on their arms and hands.  All supplies will be provided.
