Homeschool Hour - The Jazz Age

Our Homeschool Hour for May is one you won’t want to miss! This special program will be a Living History experience for the Jazz Age of the 1920s. This program will include a variety of crafts and activities, as well as themed music, snacks, and decorations. Students (and educators!) are encouraged to come in costume, and to research a little bit about the “Roaring Twenties” before the program! Optional paperwork and historical information will be available at the library during registration for this event.

Homeschool Hour - What's Inside?

Do you know what a giraffe's skeleton looks like, or what's in the middle of a volcano? April’s science lesson will cover a wide variety of topics (including animals, planets, and machines) as we discuss What’s Inside. Learn a little bit about how things work when you can’t see them!

*This program is for home educated students of any age. The same program will be presented on April 18th and April 25th. Please register in advance*

Tween Filmmakers Club Premiere

Tween Filmmakers Club will be hosting the premiere of their finished film from the Spring session. Friends and family are invited to the first screening of a short film created right here in the library! Snacks will be provided, and materials from the filmmaking process will be on display for guests to see.

A lot of hard work goes into creating these projects, so come show your support for the arts!
