Make Space: Open Hours
The Maker Space is a room full of new technology with open access to all ages.* All equipment and assistance is free. Try out digital design, photography, sewing, and more with free access to this equipment. Bring your own consumables, such as fabric and paper. Some materials can be purchased for a fee.
The Maker Space is open Fridays between 10 am- 4 pm.
Limited assistance is available.
In place of our regular Homeschool Hour program, join us for updated information about services that the Preble County District Library is proud to offer our Home-educated community!
Self-guided activity stations will be set up for the students, but parents, guardians, and educators are welcome to join us for this program. See the educational services PCDL can provide, learn about Homeschool Hour programs, browse our curriculum section, tour the Maker Space, and ask any questions you may have about how we can help serve your homeschooling needs.

We will be meeting in-person at the Eaton Branch, AND on Zoom for this month's LEGO Club! Bring your LEGOs and your imagination to show off your Master Builder skills!
LEGO Club is for school-age children (5-12 years old). The library will have LEGOs for children to build with if they do not bring their own.
This program will run for approximately 45 minutes.
Registration is require in advance for each meeting.
This is kind of an experimental craft, made with supplies that we have tons of! We are combining two popular crafts: blackout poetry and bottle cap bookmarks.

Join us for a Christmas-themed tacky sweater party! Bring your own sweater to decorate. We will have all kinds of things with which to decorate it: bells, pom-poms, glitter, felt, and more! The ugliest sweater created will get a prize.
Refreshments and Christmas music will also be provided.
This craft could make a cheerful ornament or adorable wall hanging for the holiday season! All supplies provided.
This is an in-person craft, but registration is required; the limit is 10. Call 456-4331 or stop by the Eaton Branch to sign up.
We will also have a limited amount of grab and go kits for those who are unable to attend.
This would make an amazing centerpiece for the holidays – just combine everything in a Mason jar and add a floating wick! This will be a take home craft; get yours at the Eaton library while supplies last. Available starting November 15.
